About This Experience
As Project Lead for the 2026 MITRE eCTF, I direct strategy and operations for a semester-long hardware security competition focused on protecting chip foundry data. I coordinate cross-functional teams through weekly syncs and task tracking, while also serving as a Red Teamer to identify vulnerabilities and prepare for the Attack Phase. I bridge project management and offensive security to strengthen our defenses and exploit competitor firmware.
