Engineered core features across an enterprise security portal using Node.js, Express, React, and AWS, managing build promotions via Jenkins and GitHub CI/CD pipelines. Designed a 5-step React intake wizard with state persistence and custom validation to streamline complex firewall, DDoS, and exception requests, alongside leading end-to-end UI/UX design for primary portal pages to enforce system consistency. Developed authenticated backend services proxied through a corporate API gateway to automate external Jira ticketing, resolving a critical QA authentication failure by integrating AWS Secrets Manager for dynamic runtime credential retrieval. To enhance visibility and operational efficiency, built a live multi-tab dashboard standardizing disparate API responses into a unified schema for real-time ticket tracking, as well as a reusable compliance component filtering security requirements by data sensitivity. Ensured long-term maintainability by authoring comprehensive Markdown architecture guides, executing frontend/backend Jest test suites, and conducting jest-axe accessibility audits.
